Already changed the LAN cable and restart the devices but still not working
The unifi side said they already sent technician to check the cable connection outside my house but it dint help and solve the issue

from the LED indications , your the connection to your modem is established.

have you tried checking the unifi credential on the router page?

i've the same wifi router.

edit: just saw the photo link, now i suspect there may be issues with your fiber cable?

you can also try checking the fiber termination box (the small white box) before the modem just to ensure the fibre is plugged in properly...sometime you may never know the connection may have been a little loose and when you do some cleaning, it might have disconnected it..

The white box is the optical fibre modem, so the red light there probably means there's a problem with the fibre cable connection.
The most you can do is to reset the modem, and to check the fibre cable connectons and even the fibre itself.

you can go to 192.168.0.1

default usename and password would be admin and admin

and then click on the "Network" option on the left side of the page where your credentials be displayed.

The red light on the router is normal, coz no internet. thats' not your problem.

your problem is the modem. the 2nd indicator from the left should be working. check your fiber.

PON indicator has no light. Can call to TM to ask their technician check. Probably it's their end.

Your modem PON light not on

the PON light is supposed to be stable green

this means you have no fibre connection at all ( LOS light supposed to light up and blinking red when there's no connection though..)

They said their technician already done the checking and there is no problem for the connection
I also tested the ont modem at my neighbor’s home
It still the same, PON indicator no light and red light in the LOS indicator
So that means my ont modem got problem?

Yes, should still be under warranty. Check with TM. Not sure if they will go to your place during MCO period.
