I had my fare share of ghostly experience during my younger days.
Chinese believe if your luck is down, Si One Dai...we will see them. In my early 20s at one period of time I was really bad luck, was really down and depression and anxiety.
Then these things started. For over 2 months I was seeing these things almost every night
No reason waken up from my sleep and will see a misty figure standing there, could see a shadowy dark figure crawling on my neighbor house roof and few times could see that thing was starting back at me. First few weeks I will freak out. One time saw this shadowy white figure standing in front of my bed looking at me. This went one for about a month. Almost every night.

Most frightening was when I woke up from my sleep, the moment I open my eyes..... There was a pale coloured palm right in front of my face, like wanting to grab my face. I screamed so loud that my family came into my room thinking what happened.

After that incident... The few nights later when I get disturbance again, I was pissed off and told that whatever it is not to disturb me.

Now I'm not scared when I encounter these things. More or less biasa already.
