Before we divorced one of the houses I bought over from her father was their family home. It is one of those PJ area bungalows. Now really a big or grand one like the kinds I was used to building but definitely not a small one either.

9 months before I took on the factory, the MIL told the wife her father had gotten himself into a very serious problem, the back story to this is his developer company had built a small "Taman" near Rawang, the entire development was riddled with faults because they took plenty of shortcuts. During the earthworks, he was told by the contractor what he was doing was insufficient and to add RM70,000 as a variation order. He told them sure there would be a problem but it would only show up after 5 years, by then the subsidiary company that was undertaking that development would have long since been defunct and he would be counting his money all the way to the bank.... or so he thought, he told them not a chance he would pay RM70,000 as the reality of it he didn't have RM70,000 cash.

To finance the project, he took a bridging loan secured against each of the land parcels of those shops, then he used the family house as collateral for an OD of RM700,000 for working capital which was fully utilized within weeks of its approval. Mind you he thought this was a perfectly sensible thing to do as when the OD was maxed out each month it would incur a finance charge of RM4,600 plus RM800 if it went over limit or he repaid it late..... which did happen. 18 shops to be built, sell 14 to break even and they planned to keep 2 including one of the corner lots to be their developer office. He did not give a toss about the finance charges, he had calculated that by the time it was sold he would be banking in RM1,200,000 when everything sold as his share.

It was supposed to be a very quick project, 9 months and everything was supposed to be ready and even better if it was sold.

As ideas go.... most of it tend to be a bad one..... this one was definitely no exception. It was a very wet year. His hopes that the problems would only show up after 5 years were severely dashed, the project was near 80% complete. Disasters struck.... The first disaster?? Not a single unit had a confirmed buyer... the only ones that had a "buyer" were the company's own directors. The 2nd disaster? Another contractor was allowed to dig for utility cabling near their retaining wall. Remember that RM70,000 variation order?? Had this been done this wouldn't have been an issue but there were soil movements and cracks started forming on those shops, some of those cracks were sufficient to drop an iPhone into it. Some units started sinking by as much as 200mm and some the entire floor caved in.

The original earthworks contractor keen to save their reputation offered the company a solution, it would have cost RM95,000 but out of goodwill they said they'd do it for RM70,000 the original VO price. Guess what??

They told him to get lost because a nearby contractor offered to do the same work for RM30,000 who let's just say laughed all the way to the bank instead. They mobilized machinery, did 1 week worth of work then told them it can't be done as the scope is a lot bigger than expected..... they asked for RM130,000 extra and wanted it upfront as they did not have the kind of money to buy materials.

They asked her to ask me to buy 3 units of their shops that they were selling for RM340,000 each. Said I could turn around and sell it for RM500,000 easily. I quietly laughed at them but told them no thanks as I only invested in residential and I don't do shops that were far out of the way and at that moment they were still trying to cover up the existence of the problem. He then offered me the remaining pieces of residential real estate to buy up, wife was surprised less than half of it remained as she knew her father had a sizable portfolio... including many in PJ and Cheras. She asked him why not offer those.... he asked her why she didn't know that her husband already owned all of those. Yup... I had bought out most of it by then and the remaining ones were in far out places like Semenyih, Seremban, Nilai, Kuala Selangor, Ijok, outskirts of Rawang and yup Bukit Beruntung. I told him no thank you and the wife was extremely angry as she couldn't believe I had bought up all her father's real estate and many of them were bought on the very cheap. I basically told her to shut up and mind her own business and if she was unhappy she was free to move to her parents' house.

They asked her for money, she started maxing out her credit cards, took personal loans and even emptied out money I had given her to save for our daughter. We went on those cold wars and I began moving money out, any cash I had that wasn't tied into real estate I quickly moved it to be in either America or Britain. Yup I was making my own exit plans.

2 months passed, the situation became dire and it got to it that they offered their family home, a bungalow of similar size in that part of PJ would cost around RM1,600,000 those days. This one however was in bad shape. He owed RM700,000 on the OD. He asked RM1,400,000 for the house. I told him no thanks as it needed more than RM500,000 in repairs. Wife said they lose their house she would bring both of them to live in our condo...... I told her to go ahead, I was cutting my losses at that point and I contacted Sarah (the lawyer), instructed her to prepare the papers. Things calmed down 2 weeks later, I told her to make a pitch, will buy up their house for RM850,000 and I would then rent the house to them for RM888 each month and when they had the money they could buy it back from me at a good price. He asked for RM900,000 instead... I didn't want to argue. Accepted. Well thought it was a good deal. They lived there for 2 weeks then decided to move to one of their investment condos. The real reason of course was he instead of living in the house had it cheaply patched up and rented it to an an unregistered kindergarten for RM3,000 I was so damn mad but let it be...... I basically deposited enough money into that mortgage account for 2 years and told myself I don't want to see that house, hear about that house or know about that house.

That was in 2012.

Well in hindsight it wasn't necessarily a bad thing..... right around that time I was planning to take part in one big syndicated purchase of an entire block of a condo, all 230 units of it before it was launched and we were discussing with the developer for an even bigger discount. Average cost per unit for a 2 bedroom unit was around RM450,000 .... thankfully because of buying that stupid house I did not have the money to continue on with the plan, therefore had to pull out from buying the 18 units that I had pledged....... When it had its VP in 2016, average selling price for a 2-bed unit was RM410,000 now the last one sold for RM370,000 and has less than 30% occupancy.

2014 when we divorced I told that illegal kindergaten either pay rental to me or I would demolish the building.

Anyway fast forward to 2018... more specifically 5/2018, he consulted with a Feng Shui master who told him the reason his fortune was so bad had something to do with him living in a condo. He was told he should try to move back to his old house or even better his father's former house. He asked his niece to ask me how much to buy over his father's former house. She told me he was interested in buying it over.... I told her RM6,000,000 I may consider letting it go... he told her to tell me to go to hell.... yup the reality of it I had no intention to sell it to him.

6/2018, he sent his other daughter to come talk to me with regard to buying back his former house. I told her make sure he has money because I won't sell it to him cheap.

8/2018, he went to see another FS master who told him yes that was indeed the house he must stay in, claimed all his good feng shui was stuck within that house. He again told the other daughter do what it takes to get a sale. I told her I prefer not to sell it to her father as I didn't want to deal with the dramas. I checked with the bank, I owed RM630,000 on that house. I also checked with my own FS master who said the house didn't have any special FS to it even with the #8 and the shape of the land had a triangle to it which isn't especially good for FS purposes.

9/2018, he went to see a medium / fortune teller. His other daughter came to see me 3 times with a deal.... including one that involved a hotel room. I told her not to stoop that low because I don't appreciate that type of deals. During the last meeting I had a phone call, it was from the ex... she asked me why I was hanging out with her sister. Then I returned to the table, I noticed something suspicious, the straw on my Green Tea Latte was all the way to the bottom, I always drank with the straw just beneath the ice level and I knew where the straw was supposed to be. She suddenly said she had to go. I thought hmmmm.... I told the barista to pour away my drink.... he did just that then he told me "Bang, ko punya latte macam ada jampi. Cuba bang tengok ni." He showed it to me, there was some kind of fibers within the drink and there were 3 finger nail clippings as well. I told him to just pour hot water down the sink and it should be fine. I left the Starbucks and saw her at the carpark, her car couldn't start... I asked her why she did what she did..... she started crying and said her father made her do it.

The ex and me after the 14 months of no fights we started arguing... much of it instigated by her parents who kept telling her that her life was really good but won't do a single thing to help out her parents. Kept telling her that she has a well to do husband that won't notice if she took money off me to help them out.... why won't she do it. The reality of it was I gave her no opportunities to take money off me, they kept bugging her about that house.

11/2018, Early in the month I found out from the maid that the ex's father had an affinity to going into our bedroom and using the toilet there. I told the ex I didn't like people entering our bedroom and that included her parents. Our maid then secretly told me each time he goes in there it is always the case that the sanitary bin would be in a mess. I didn't think anything of it. Ex said come lets try for a baby again and so we did just that as we thought yeah its come to that stage that we should have another baby if we were to ever reconcile. I didn't go anywhere that month as I was clearing leave and mostly took it easy. I also don't recall much of what happened and I always had that situation each time I drove my car I'd remember hmmmm I forgot something and had trouble recalling what I did even the previous day.

11/2018, 3rd week, I was at a lawyer's office.... I seriously had zero recollection why I was even supposed to be there and how come I knew I needed to go there. The day before I had discovered that the amulet I had kept in my bedside table drawer had gone missing when it had been there the entire month. The whole month I had been feeling somewhat sick and lethargic.

I was ushered into the lawyer's office and the ex's father was there and I was like why are we here... he smiled and looked at me said it'd be over soon. I paced up and down the lawyer's room and asked the lawyer what were we waiting for, he said the bank's lawyer had not arrived. I kept pacing up and down the room feeling very edgy, then I kept being attracted to a certain crystal plate. I asked the lawyer what was it for, he said it was for feng shui purposes.... I asked him whether it worked. He said probably does. I asked if there was anything under it he said it was just on a normal table but it does need to be placed in the sun to be recharged. The ex's father kept trying to steer the topic away and he also kept prodding the lawyer to sign the documents and why was it the case that the bank's lawyer must be around. The person that was the bank's lawyer showed up. I kept looking at that crystal plate.

Then the bank's lawyer showed up, he introduced himself and I asked him to take a look at the crystal plate. He asked the other lawyer what was under the plate and I took a look at it again as there was something metallic under it. The lawyer said there isn't anything under it. I told him it looked like some kind of hidden recording device, the ex's father shot that there is nothing under it. The bank's lawyer said there definitely is something under it. The lawyer lifted it up and an amulet was under it. I told him that looked like my amulet, what's it doing there. Ex's father asked why I thought only I could own such an amulet. The lawyer picked it up, looked at it, said it wasn't his as he didn't own an amulet. I looked at it and said it was definitely mine, showed him the engraving on it of my name and DOB. I asked him how and why did he steal my amulet. I placed it back in my pocket. The ex's father said we been wasting a lot of time we better sign all the documents and we could be on our way. I told them to hang on for a bit.

I went to the toilet, then I started throwing up.... I had no idea what it was I had thrown up but it had some reddish fibers and finger nail clippings. I washed up, then went back to the office, I told everyone I needed to go to my car as I had vomited out my hypertension medication and I probably should go take a dose of it first. I told them it won't be a minute. I went to my car, took the safety amulet and placed it in my pocket. My head suddenly felt very very clear. I saw a hawker seller selling sugar cane and coconut. I asked for 2 coconuts and a sugar cane juice. Quickly drank all of it and then went to a fruit stall that I saw had bananas, bought 4 of it and ate it right away. Then made myself vomit it out. The seller asked me if I was alright, I told him yeah just needed to throw out some BM. He told me there was a Thai stall that sold glutinous rice, he told me it was more effective.

I went back to the office. I asked the bank's lawyer for his name card, I told him I will call him. I did the same for the other lawyer and I asked him for a set of the documents so I could study the final draft and that I'd get my own lawyer to look through it first. I then told everyone we had to call off the meeting as I didn't have my hypertension medication and I needed to go home for it. The ex's father insisted it could wait said he was very busy.... I told him it can wait.

I exited the building and ran to a nearby Speedmart99 and asked if they had any glutinous rice, I bought a packet, swallowed a handful of it raw and then got into my car.

I contacted Sarah and asked her if I could get a favor from her. She told me to come over to her office which I raced over to and showed her the documents. I told her what had happened.

She dragged me to her car, asked me to call up that Dayak shaman and said we were going to go see him even if he was in the deepest jungles of Sarawak. Well it turned out he was just in Kalumpang and told us to come over. She dropped everything and said we were going and drove me there straight away. This time we had to wait for our turn as the shaman had another ritual going on.

When it came to my turn, he asked me to turn around, did some chanting and slapped my back a couple of times while calling my name and I then vomited out needles, reddish fibers, finger nail clippings and blood. He then asked me to remove all clothes and he used a black cloth against me. He said I was perfectly fine. He told me there wasn't anything else to do. He told us to wait for a bit as he had to attend to 3 others before he could speak to us. I drove to Tg Malim, withdrew some money and bought some fish and chicken. While waiting I told him I would feed the croc... I fed the croc. Sarah looked through the documents. She said she was shocked such a document could exist. She explained it to me that I was supposed to settle the loan in 21 days then transfer it to him for RM1,, there was another SPA document that I would transfer the condo I was living in to the ex for RM1 and I had signed up to be a guarantor for the loan in the ex's name for RM350,000 that would be secured against the condo. I then told her that I had lost my amulet and weirdly I found it in the lawyer office under a crystal plate. She gave me a hug told me not to worry about it. She contacted the lawyer for the bank, she introduced who she is and told him that the entire situation was a fraud and not to continue, he told her the reason why he was sent to the meeting was the bank's own legal team detected an element of fraud or foul play and sent him to check as well as double confirm as he had not seen me and he did not believe he had actually spoken to me and he wanted to make sure that it was indeed me that was signing the documents.

The Dayak spoke to us, he told us the reddish fibers I had thrown up came were from a used sanitary pad.

He then asked me if I remembered in September I had met someone in a place with a signboard that is green and round. He then asked if earlier in the month I had lost my amulet then been sick all the time. He then said I had gone to the pool, someone came into the place I was living at and stole the amulet. He then asked if it is true beginning of the month, I had an intimate moment that as soon as it was over she started her period. I tried to recall but had no recollection of it. He then asked if it is indeed the case an oldish man liked to use the toilet in my bedroom. He then told me that person took one of the pads that there were period blood but also my sperm on it. He said that was basically a carte blanche for him as he had items he could control both of us. He then asked me if I had told the lady I was being intimate with that I would take care of everything in the premise of her father. I had zero recollection of anything that happened.

What the Dayak said was her father used the stolen amulet and the used pads and gave it to a medium to create a very powerful charm. He asked if I had often felt better when I got into a certain place... I told him yeah my head sort of cleared each time I sat in my car. He told me that was because the car had a certain amulet and that crocodile tooth was in the car. Each time I was near it the BM broke off.

He then went into a trance and kept chanting while burning an incense. He then told me to inhale the smoke. He then asked me for that amulet. He kept chanting and then told me that amulet was kept under one of his deities and on a used menstrual pad. He said the person that had inserted the needles into me was the ex herself though on instructions from her father. The crystal plate at the lawyer's office was a gift from him and he had only placed it there just few days prior because he was informed that crystal plate could make that amulet a lot less powerful but at the same time if I had been difficult; upon seeing that amulet I could have been persuaded had it been the case he showed it to me.

I gave that Dayak RM5,000 and thanked him. He cleaned up both my amulets and told me avoid having sex with the ex until I had tried to sort her out as whatever it was on me was cleared but the moment it happened it would be back on again.

He also told me something would happen to that house in question as it also had some BM performed on it.

He then told me to concentrate and pay attention, in a few moments I would know the items that were used for the BM, the persons who created it and said who will help me.

I went blank.... then everything appear black to me...

Then an image of a music box with a crucifix on it appeared, it was a box the ex's father bought for her 3 months prior.

Then an image of the ex's father flashed.

Then an image of a man in his 50s who I swore I had seen before.

Then images of several deities.

Then finally an image of the ex's mother flashed.

Then everything came back to normal.

Sarah and me returned to KL, I dropped her off, thanked her and she suggested I don't go back home. I told her I'll be fine. I told her I believed in taking the bull by its horns.

I went back to our condo, took my passport, told the ex I have a meeting to attend to and had to take off in a hurry.

I left my safety amulet with the maid and told her to stay close to the children for as often as possible.

I then took a flight to Bangkok, I went to see that Thai shaman, told him I was attacked and I needed to get new amulets. I ordered 7 new amulets and retired the ones I used for myself. He then brought me to a certain temple where he told me to take a bath.

He then told me to watch out there were 2 properties I owned that had been BMed. He then told me about the existence of a box with a crucifix on it. He told me it was in my bedroom. I then gave him 3 miniatures, a Thor hammer, that katana that I sent back to Japan and a GAU-8/A Gatling gun. He was reluctant to energize them saying these things were machines of war and warriors, I didn't need them and he was worried I might not be able to handle the powers from it. In the end he agreed on the promise that I won't misuse it and will only use it if attacked first. He went into a trance, did some chanting, sprayed holy water and oils on it and then wiped them down. He then wrapped it up in yellow cloths and told me to remember my promises. I then gave him 4 horseshoes of a champion race horse.

I told him I shall take on the bull by its horns. He told me the person that made the curse isn't that strong just a money minded one. It should not be difficult to take him on when I find him.

I flew back to KL.

On my arrival in KL, I drove to the house of that TCM lady from the 1st incident. She was no longer there.

I phoned up the ex's mother. I asked her what was the name and contact of the fortune teller her husband liked to go for consulting. She sent me a photo of the business card and I thanked her saying a client of mine was looking for a good fortune teller. She then told me she was out of town else would bring me to a better one. I told her no worries just going to see for fun only.

I drove to the address. I put on my new amulets, the croc tooth from the Dayak and the miniature Thor hammer as well as the katana. Also brought with me a photo of the ex's father and a powerful pepper spray.

I did a stake out, he was there with a lady in her 30s and 2 boys that were in primary school uniform. It appeared that they were having a meal. Then the lady and the boys left in a Honda Accord. He then went into a room.

I went into the shoplot.

It was just a shoplot with many deities in it and seemed more like a temple with plenty of burning oil candles. I walked in and took a look around. Surprisingly not a single CCTV in sight. I went to the "consultation room" and gave the door a knock.

That 50-something man was in that consultation room. He was around 5'6, big pot belly and balding unkempt hair. I told him I was having some business difficulties and wondered if he could help. He said he could try. I took out the photo of the ex's father and asked what could he possibly do to him to help me out. The conversation went along

Him : I know who you are and you did not come here to ask for help.
Me : Glad you figured it out soon enough.
Him : You better leave as you don't know how powerful I am.
Me : Clearly not that powerful as otherwise your client and his daughter would be owners of 2 of my properties.
Him : You better leave now.
Me : I came here for your head.
He gave out a long evil laugh.
Me : I don't take kindly to anyone using black magic on my family or me.
He : How dare you come in here, this is a holy place and you touch me I guarantee terrible things will happen to you.
Me : After I'm done with you your head will be on that altar.

I stood up, lifted his deity and smashed it to the ground. I then took another of his deities and flung it against the wall behind him.

Me : Where would you like your head to be placed on this altar?

I gave him 3 hard punches.

I then dragged him to what remained of his altar and held his hand above the fire, then grabbed his hair..

Him : Please please let me go, don't hurt me.

I lowered his palm towards the flame. He kept struggling.

Me : Thought you said you're a powerful shithead. If you're so powerful make the flame or me die now.

Him : Please let me go. I promise I won't do it again.

I gave him 2 more punches.

Me : You are going to show me what you have done and how to get rid of it.

He explained to me that he had created the black magic using the menstrual pad and one of the pad had my sperm on it. He told me he then sold the ex's father a deity and everything about it was with him.

I told him to open his mouth. I sprayed the pepper spray into his mouth. I then asked him to bring out all his phones. I told him to delete all the contacts on each of them, then deleted all the prior backups and then did a full reset of his phone. Then I asked him where was his supply of needles. He said he didn't have any. I gave him 2 more punches, he told me it was in the drawer, I told him to bring it out.

I then told him to close the shutters to his shop which he did and then I told him to break all his deities or I would break his head and castrate his sons. He begged me not to harm them. He broke each and every one of the statues of the deities in the premise except one, he begged to let that one off as it was his livelihood, I told him his head and his son's balls would be on the altar by that nite if I had to break it. He lifted it up and threw it down. He then sat and cried.

I then grabbed him by the hair at the back of his head and dragged him back to his consultation room. I asked him how many needles he had in the box. He kept quiet, I told him to remove all his clothes. I then told him to take 10 needles and poke it into his left feet. When he refused I gave him 2 punches. He did as he was told. Then I realized he was trying to get into a trance, I gave him 3 punches, then yanked off his gold chain, told him to remove all his rings and bracelet. I then took out my phone and blasted Bruce Springsteen's Born In The USA. He begged to please let him go and promised not to do it again. I gave him a punch on his nose... told him the next was going to be on his balls. He removed all the rings and bracelet. I then told him to poke 4 needles into his penis and 2 into his scrotum he screamed away as he did that. I asked him how come he suddenly wasn't feeling like the tough guy he claimed to be.

I then told him to poke 20 of those needles in each of his legs. Oh yeah he screamed each time he poked himself. Then I told him to poke it into each of his arms and face. I asked him whether he liked the taste of his own medicine and asked him if he realized just how many other persons he had given difficulty to by misusing powers given to him.

I asked him when was the last time the ex's father had come to see him, he told me just that morning and even volunteered what he had sold him.

I saw several bottles of VSOP, I opened it up, asked him to open his mouth..... told him he must be thirsty. I emptied out 3 of the bottles into his mouth and then smashed the bottle. The 4th one I opened and poured it on his arms and legs which got him screaming as the alcohol burnt.

I told him consider himself had his 1st installment of karma. The next ones would be on his sons and I left. I then drove to a nearby bridge with a fast flowing river and threw his rings, bracelet and goldchain into it.

I went home it was then around 6pm, I told the ex the deals are off and she went berserk mad. I was like good... at least she won't be asking for sex for a few days. She locked herself in the room.... I went to one of the drawers in the living room, there was the access card and key to her parents' condo and wore a glove when taking the keys. I took an iron golf club, a full sized Thor hammer which I hard recently forged (though mine is significantly lighter than the originals) and a lighter with me. I then headed to her parents' condo.

I quietly let myself in, he was in and taking a shower, I smashed all their deities as well as their ancestor shrine and off interests that I smashed was a 4-faced buddha, it was splattered with blood and when I smashed it with the hammer it revealed several used sanitary pads, some of it had been cut into strips and man that thing reeked. I went to their kitchen, took a plate, a tong and spoon. Quickly scooped all of those used pads onto the plate, then used their stove in the wet kitchen to burn it. This was the deity the medium said he had sold.

I made my way to the master bedroom. I used the hammer to smash up his phone till it definitely couldn't be used again. He was happily singing away in the shower like nothing had happened.

I tried the door, bingo it was unlocked.... I gave that glass shower enclosure a hard swing and it shattered... I was shocked as I thought it was a laminated glass but his was some cheap one.

I called out his family name. I told him I knew absolutely everything and he is going to pay. I told him to step out of the bathroom and put some clothes on as I didn't want to see his tiny penis (it seriously was tiny)

He said he couldn't get out with all the broken glass. I told him get out of there or I was going to use his balls as balls for my next swing with the club. I told him by the time I got back he better be dressed.

I went to the kitchen, shut off the gas stove and left the utensils in the sink. I took a glass, filled it with the ash and filled it with water.

I went to his bedroom told him no need to try calling anyone as that was the first thing I smashed up. I asked him why he did it. I told him to drink that glass of water before I used his head to practice my swing. He denied doing anything. I told him to stop telling me lies as his medium had sold out on him and told me how to sort out the shit he had done on me. I told him to drink that water, he drank it down. I gave him 2 punches on his face and told him I'm going to beat up his daughter so badly he won't be able to recognize her. Told him that was what his medium told me to do to sort out the problem.

I left his condo and headed back to my unit. Put everything where it was supposed to be and threw away the gloves. I told the maid to bring both the children to Publika and buy them an Inside Scoop each, I then told her to only return after 2 hours.

I then took the key of her car.... I knocked on the door said some nice words to her to open the door as I would be fucking her brains out. She kept saying to go away. I then used the key to open the door. Her eyes were bloodshot red. She started laughing very loudly. She began throwing things at me, books, hair brush, pillows and her Bible as well. I took the Bible, went towards her I then started shouting at her "I command in the name of Jesus to leave her alone" She went quiet with lots of heavy breathing. I tried again.

I'm sure many of you have seen on TV where you show a Bible or some holy book suddenly the ghost or demon would go away. Am sure you've seen someone showing a crucifix and a demon would disappear..... I can tell you, in real life that does not work at all.

I tried shouting it out again "I command in the name of Jesus christ (her full Chinese name) be left alone immediately" She suddenly collapsed to the bed.

I carried her down to her car, loaded her up and raced to Kalumpang again, I met the Dayak shaman, told him she is the ex, he told me he would take care of it and he did an exorcism ritual with lots of chanting and then he told me bring her to the croc enclosure. He told me it wasn't a serious one, the croc did stir a bit then she started coughing and vomited on the croc. She mostly vomited out what she had eaten and needles. He then pulled out 2 needles from her ears, thicker ones and 3" long. He then told me to bring her to the hot springs and after that to bring her home. He told me it would all be fine then.

I told the maid to not bring the children home, told her to go to a house that belonged to a friend of mine instead.

I then brought her to the hot spring pool and threw her in the pool which woke her up and then dried her out and told her she will be fine. She asked where were we I told her not too far away. She then started crying and saying sorry for what she had done. I told her it is okay we will get through it and she will fully recover.

When we got home, I brought her into the shower cleaned her up and then brought her to bed.

I then did a search for that music box. I found it in the dressing table drawer. I tried opening it but it was locked and no sign of a key.

I used a hammer to smash it open. In it was hairs, finger nail clippings, what looked like dried out semen and a yellow cloth. I brought it out of the condo and burnt it.

The next morning she was mostly quiet like as if she knew something had happened but couldn't remember what had happened. She asked me what had happened I told her I was so tired after my trip I slept without eating. I asked her if she had eaten anything.

She couldn't remember either and I told her lets just go for something to eat.

Things calmed for a bit.

I told her I find out one more time her parents came to our condo I would kick her out.

She then told me she is pregnant. I told her sounds good but her parents weren't allowed into our condo as both of them kept bringing bad luck to our household and no I wasn't going to loan or give them a single sen and if she wanted to help them use her own money to do so.

You'd think he'd have given up right? Well no he didn't and far from it.

He told the ex he wanted his house back and that she is to do what it takes to get it back.

In view of her pregnancy I had already told her I wanted her to quit her job and just be a stay at home mom and when things settled down she is to go work for the factory. She agreed, she said she will quit after she received her bonus.

He offered to buy up the house for RM530,000 I told him show me the money.... well it turned out he didn't have the money. I told him to give it up as I would rather donate the house to a mosque than sell it to him on the cheap.

He then came up with the idea, he would give me his condo in exchange for the house. I told him to settle the loan first then we'll talk. He told his daughter I was only interested in money not helping him so she should help him instead.

He told the daughter to apply for a loan for him and find a way to make a deal using the condo he was living at. She told me the condo had RM230,000 outstanding remaining, it was worth around RM750,000 and I gave her a suggestion, I will take on the condo, she apply a mortgage for RM350,000 and we will call it a deal.

12/2018, she received news the bank was willing to give a mortgage if the house was under her and her father's name. He disagreed said he wanted the house only under his name and no loans secured to it. He told her I am about to close a deal from contacts he had introduced and I'll be making plenty of money and I could definitely afford to give that house away for free.

She told me about it, I told her she is supposed to be quitting her job not finding ways and means to take on more debt. She said she had to help her parents. I told her yes she does except that wasn't the way, I told her the day he owned the house there would be no ends to him asking her for even more money to fix up the house.

She begged me just that one last time. she said she would take 3 personal loans to settle the mortgage on condo, then after that I just trade the house with him in exchange for that condo. I told her she can try but if it doesn't work then I'm selling the house on the open market.

After that conversation, I visited the house, I was wondering what sort of condition it was in. I walked around it.... it had some tall weeds, it appeared dirty and nasty especially as it had greek/roman inspired pillars and lattices everywhere. That was actually my first time visiting the house ever since owning it.

I tried the key to the front door, my key didn't work, I tried the back door, it didn't work either. Then I tried the side door... the house appeared to have been broken into from that door. I could open it and realized one thing... there were used menstrual pads strewn everywhere, it did not appear to be old and I guess it wasn't those of the ex. As the house had poor natural lighting, I switched on the mains to take a look around. I found a broom and swept the ground as I walked. The house definitely needed RM300,000 to move into as the place leaked everywhere and definitely needed some big time repairs. Anyway I forgot to shut off the mains when I left.

That nite the rear portion of the house caught fire because the kindergarten had left behind their water boilers and supposedly one of it was switched on and it caused the fire. House was badly damaged and definitely no longer habitable after the fire. However from the front gate you could not see that the house had a fire. I kept quiet on this matter.

Just before Christmas, she received news that 1 of the personal loans she applied for was rejected. She told her father that was for the smaller of the loan and asked if he could come up with some money first, he said no as he needed to use the money for the renovation and that he must be in the house before CNY.

1/2019... she was greeted with a different kind of bonus. She was retrenched by the bank and with it went her ability to take any loans. I told her to use her retrenchment money to sort out all her debts except the ones for her car. I basically told her do it or I was moving out. She reluctantly paid off all her credit cards and a personal loan she had taken to help her parents out, then I told her to close all her credit card accounts and only then we would talk about the house. Yeah by the time everything was paid off she had less than RM1,000 remaining in her account.

I told her we will do a trade for that condo, since she said there was a RM270,000 loan on it, I will waive the requirement for her to settle it. I told her to bring her mother (that condo was under her mother's name) to a lawyer's office. It was then that we found out It had a mortgage but it also had a RM250,000 mortgage secured to it. She printed out the statement, it seemed just the day before when I told them I'll agree to the deal he had maxed out the OD down to the last sen.

When asked, he simply said he also is entitled to a good deal and he also can be a vulture. He then told his daughter I had just collected on a deal that I made with contacts he had introduced, basically it was to buy up some agricultural land and wait for it to be acquired..... took 7 years of waiting and I did indeed get a fantastic payout. He insisted I could give him the house for free and still have money left over...... which was certainly true.

She then insisted I should just give the house away for free saying it was her father and why I couldn't do something for him.

I got so pissed, I told her good riddance, I had enough of dealing with her and her toxic family. I moved to live with 2 Americans in the same condo as I didn't have any vacant homes at that time......well other than the house that couldn't be moved into.

I applied for a demolition permit, I told the city council it was cheaper to demolish and rebuilt it than to try fixing it. Even the insurance adjuster agreed with me.

3 days before CNY, I hired the biggest CAT excavator with a long reach arm I could find, attached an American and British flag to the cab, had the ex's family name painted in red at various parts of the house especially by the door, on all the glass panes and on the 2 pillars by the gate.

I told the operator to start demolishing it first by breaking all the glass panes, then by digging at the plaster where their names were painted. He advised me not to do it as it is "banyak suey for that family." I insisted he did it and I videoed it. Only took 30 minutes before that house was flattened. Everything about it was demolished including the fence. I then removed the American and British flags, carefully folded it and stored it in my car.

I actually wanted to use dynamites to demolish the house but couldn't get approval for that to proceed.

After the house was demolished, while the debris were being cleared I sent a copy of the video to the ex and to my Feng Shui master.

FS master said that was a very stupid thing to do as I had destroyed the ex's father's good feng shui and indirectly his children will start relying on me for a rice bowl and it would be difficult to shake them off.

The 6th lorry had left, she showed up to demand why I had done that to her father's house. I told her its my house I can do whatever I wanted with it and I told her "money=power=freedom" and I told her in life I fight to win, I race to win and I invest to profit. I told her she was no longer of an investment grade please don't show up in my life ever again.

I was quite sad but on CNY eve I was on a flight to Amsterdam. When I arrived at Amsterdam she told me she had miscarried.

What happened to that property? I used the insurance money to settle the loan, built a new building on it and then sold it.... admittedly I made quite a lot of profits on it which I used towards investing in the factory, built 4 blocks of hostels and because I promised that Dayak shaman with the croc that for all the help he had given me over the years, I would train up and employ 100 persons he recommends I used the money to fly in that 100 persons. These 100 still work for me and are extremely good workers.

I still keep amulets, 1 in our bedroom, 1 in our kitchen, 1 in our living room, 1 in our car, 1 that I always wear, 1 in our factory and 1 with our daughter.

The gatling gun I framed it and kept it at our factory as I found myself doing stupid things when I kept it with me.

The katana I kept it under our bed.

The big Thor hammer? I decided to smelt it down.

The miniature Thor hammer? I made it into a pendant and placed it on my wife's neck. She doesn't really know about the protective powers behind it but sometimes somethings are best left unknown especially when someone doesn't believe in BM.

The SIL? In April she had enough of being used by her father and approached me to make a safe passage out for her. I gave her a job at the factory and she left that household....she hasn't spoken to her father since then.

The MIL? I've always maintained that she is mostly innocent on this as she was powerless to act or say otherwise against her husband. However the did go through some troubling times later in the year but she mostly forgave him. Her 2 daughters aren't on talking terms with her and myself I've chosen the non-interventionist and strict neutrality policy.

The FIL? After that incident where he was beaten up, he realized BMs can backfire especially where it is used against someone that has strong defenses against it. He never quite figured out that on the 2 times he tried that I won't find out he was the culprit behind it and he certainly didn't expect that when I found out I'd bash him up. Late last year he had a heart attack and massive stroke which mostly paralyzed him. The MIL and him now live in a rented new village house near Tg Malim and neither of their 2 children or his other children are in contact with him.

The church?? Here's an interesting snippet, during that 14 months of very good times, the ex and me both attended one of those shoplot churches, it is a very well established one and had a major network of cell groups. The ex was very much a part of a cell group. During the entire time where she was under a spell no one recognized what was going on, no one actually tried or attempted to help either of us through it.... heck her cell group leader was more interested in whether she and I still fucked when I was around and to tell her she shouldn't let me do it.

The ex? We went through some major wars, I stopped giving her a subsidy for her car payment and told her she can stay in that condo till our younger son turned 18. I did not have time to order food and groceries for them so I banked in money to her bank account on strict understanding what she had to do with the money. Things didn't quite go as planned for her. 8 months after the house was demolished we reconciled and decided to work things out, it did help that her parents decided to disown her and as in the past where there wasn't any interference from them we never had any issues at all.
