Forumer holypredator posted a detail about my email I use to register in this website.

I would like to know, if theres a possible leak among LYN staff and their mods that might leak my email details to the public as this information leaked by this forumer only exclusive to this website only as I never use this email for any other purpose than registering for this forum.

This is my personal way of dealing with increasing data leaks by using exclusive emails names so I can pin point which sites have possible leaks.

This means If I use abc@gmail.com for lowyat.net, I would never use abc@gmail.com for other accounts in the net.

I would like to ask LOWYAT.NET staffs to provide enough evidence there was no data leak or I will make and official request directly to MCMC and also use my lawyer to send an official letter to lowyat.net and demand for compensation for damages arise from this leak.

So request for possible data leak isnt possible?

Just simple delete account eventhough my request is a legitimate one?

Now he claimed that he know me in real life, the thing is I never posted anything personal here in this forum.

So in this case I guess LYN has no data leak and he might contra my posts with my other social media status.

I will personally deal with him right now and may seek LYN help with official investigation if he refuse to reveal his resources.

I am bound by the legalities under personal data protection act 2010

to make a public statement in this forum to protect my rights over my personal information and to inform the public over the use of my leaked personal information.

I hereby informing the public, users, morderators, members, staffs, guests, user under probation, and all types of users within this forum, lowyat.net and all its sub sections, threads, topics and posts, that I have not given any consent to any publication of my personal data such as my name, picture, company info, ic number and propperty addresses to be published in this forum.

As such I would like to seek cooperation of all members, users, moderators, guests, to refrain from posting/publishing my personal information, such as my name, picture, address, company name, ic number in this forum and kindly erase existing information that were published previously without my consent as the sole owner of these personal information.

I hope the moderators would kindly assist in supporting this act, in preventing further misuse of any personal information that were published within this forum, all of its topics, threads, posts in spirit of complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
