 Should we promote buying prop without cash?

I’m really not an advocate for this practice. If the one you bet is wrong, all hell breaks loose. Not having cash means you are NOT READY. Having said that, u should also put only your extra cash into stocks.

Many said cash is losing value to inflation every year and should make cash work harder for us woh.

some said those have not, work for money; those have, money work for them. how to keep cash?

He's not even subtle about it, every live every post circles around pushing this project.

The numbers don't add up, no one will pay 1k a month rent for a room.

Not when there around 3 bedders going for 1.3k.

No something for nothing, there is always a catch.

FR is only doing it to enrich himself
