I am figuratively saying, not literally saying. Are you allowed to leave quarantine? No. Do you have your own room? No. Do you have privacy when you go toilet? No. These are the same answers when you ask them in jail too.

He does have a choice to go to one of the hotel setup for quarantine though. But then again that condition, I'm not sure how it can possibly be good to those that are being quarantined. Just need one infected person in the room to spread to the entire place.

But then again, complaining is not going to help, cause he is not the only one has to go through this.
