Yes, the whole fibre cable needs to be replaced. Got some charges depending on the length of the fibre cable.

Check your wires/cable, last time my cable that connects from the wall socket to the BTU got eaten by Mickey mouse. Had to order from shopee.

Problem:
1. LOS red light blinking, no internet.
2. After usually an hour (can be more can be less), LOs no red light blinking, internet ok

3. report 4 times already, 3 different technician came, changed two modems, one router. now using all tm provided device.

4. test with only one laptop connected via cable to router. from 11am till 9pm ok then LOS for an hour, internet gone.

5. after an hour, ok back, then 11pm (usually around this time for the past 3 weeks) LOS aGAIN!

6. all technician said cable ok using their tester.

HELP WTF am i to do?? online classes are overseas so my class is at night. very disruptive. have to switch to data everynight.

After christmas come back I Kena this cb prob. Till now still not resolved. Diao unifi ppl d tmrw better come

A few of my friends affected says mickey mouse was the culprit. Maybe the cable is partially made of cheese.

Just sayin you could try have a look at the cables yourself first. It could be something else. Often I hear about unifi slow service, sometimes you better replace it yourself than waiting for a long time to get it fixed.
