I saw USJ One Park condo units selling below RM500k for 900 - 1200 sqft and I am quite interested in it.

The reason for choosing USJ One Park is due to its low density. Traffic not a problem as I am working in USJ.

However reviews I read up to year 2018 wasn't really good and people seems to prefer Regina more.

How is the current situation? Did the management made any improvements?

Would like to hear some latest feedback from owners. Thanks!

USJ One park is leasehold and far from BRT/LRT. You can consider Impian Meridian, freehold and near to BRT/LRT.

Impian meridian too many students

Consider putra heights houses, yes further from usj 1 but I will willing to travel if only to usj 1 since can stay landed.

Thanks for the suggestion!
I prefer somewhere with lesser tenancy and more peace.
Impian Meridian seems a place full of tenants instead of local owners hmm.gif
Maybe I will KIV first.

Hi yes I have looked into Putra Heights too but considering the renovations etc, condo is still more budget.
Landed or not I don't really mind.

There are also some landed subsales below 500 in USJ1, but its too troublesome to do the after-work.

It's a 1 time cost worth spending in my opinion.

I'm sure TS is looking for convenience more than "long term investment". Condo beats landed easily in terms of cash flow and convenience.

Good time to hunt for property TS...many options going cheap now. I would say just get a property which suits your budget, close to your work and visit the condos.....have a really good look around. You will definitely end up liking one more than the other.

Next step, find all the agents you can specialising in that condo.....contact every one of them, view every unit on offer on those buildings, negotiate your hardest and get the best deal. You won't regret. Thinking so much about which is better is no use, go and look at them yourself - in the end it's your opinion that counts, not any random lowyat members

Hi thanks for hitting the point! That's exactly what I am looking for at this moment smile.gif

I totally agree with what you said, that I need to view all the details and make my own decision, which is what I am planning to do after MCO. The purpose of this thread is to see if there is any people actually staying in USJ One Park, and maybe they could share how is their stay like, but seems like its pretty hard to reach them in this forum..
