Can't shoot or ADS in Warzone, Help

Hi guys, anyone here got experience with not being able to shoot or ADS - well its basically a lag (massive lag of like 3 secs) but movement is fine. My friend asked me to set resources to normal instead of high and it fixes the problem but then the graphics is affected.

I5-7400 GTX 960 forgotten how much RAM... |

You need at least 12gb of ram.

My pc setup at 32gb, playing MW consume nearly 16gb of the ram capacity.
