Cannot log in to PS Store

Lately when I tried to log in to my PS account store.playstation.com it will give me error "A connection to the server could not be established.
(18.8d5e6acb.1586197926.22266df6)". I log in using Chrome. I dunno why suddenly I can't log in |

change yr dhcp ipv6 to ipv4. try that and report back.

i only use ipv4. ipv6 is disabled
