looking to do a single storey bunglaow house with buildup of around 2800 sqft land size 6k sqft.. 4 rooms 2 bathroom with additional room (so total 5 la kot) being a supposdely walkin wardrobe between principal bedroom and toilet.

1) redo all the wiring (inside the wall) (replace aging wire and plumbing layout should be roughly same as original)
2) redo all plumbing
3) plaster ceiling for the whole house and painting
4) flatten the yard / replace the topsoil? (a bit stoney)
5) do boundary wall around the house

edit tambah one more
6) make from squatting toilet to sitting toilet

agak2 how much?
