My current place 9.2km from KLCC, >1000sqft, ~400k

Non peak only takes me 12 mins to KLCC/KL Sentral, <10mins to Bukit Bintang, 15mins to Mid Valley.

Why Shah Alam? Unless <300k

Or work at SA.

BUT might as well rent landed at SA, 1.2-1.5k plenty

the new LRT3 is build next to Stadium
coming have one new Institut Jantung Negara to build in this area right? (last time is tesco)

Confirm small developer. Known developer that kinda size minimum 450k++ on this location.

My bet is this is the 2016 project elysium that was put on hold and redesign. The higher density makes the developer able to lower the price point.

Sounds good. Old development or recent one? Apartment or condo? Anything that is below RM400 psqft and if recent development and is a condo, is certainly a steal (if its under 10km from KLCC).
