I would suggest you to change to electric toothbrush. The 1st time I used electric toothbrush and my tooth felt like the 1st time I had my tooth scaled.
Regarding mouthwash and toothpaste, best is to get fluoride free formula because we get enough fluoride from daily water and food intake.

This is interesting! Going to read up more. Sometimes I go dentist and they suggest doing fluoride treatment to "protect the teeth" from getting more cavities.
