As per title, I've got a bubble tea business for sale. THIS BUSINESS IS PROFITABLE.
This is a registered franchise under Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, meaning you can apply bank loan and there are grants available.
Currently holding the franchise of a Taiwan bubble tea brand. Still valid for another 8 years. Top brand in Malaysia.
OPEX:
Rental: RM5,000-00
Payroll/Utilities etc.: RM15,000 - RM18,000
COGS: 35% to 40% (depending on wastage/promotions etc.)
Other costs:
Cosec cost: RM80/month
Accounts: RM150/month
What has been fully paid:
Franchise Fee: RM300k ++
Equipment (coffee machine, ice machine, tea brewer, fridge, chiller, sealing machine, stainless steel surfaces, etc.): RM200k ++
Renovation cost + furniture: RM200k ++
Note: The price paid for equipment/furniture/reno all is paid directly to vendor and not to master franchisee, so it's not marked up price.
All invoices can be provided
The staff are all fully trained, payroll cost includes 2 supervisors (suggest you hire your own supervisor). This business is not exactly hands-off, recommended that you must join the monthly meeting with all other franchisees together with the master franchisee. Also, ordering of stock you should take it under your wing just in case got songlap. On top of all the other approvals.
Goes without saying, serious buyers only as this is the brand that will survive and have staying power + profitability to be like Chatime/Tealive.
