My noob OC with Q6600

Proc: Intel Q6600 G0 with Tuniq Tower 120
Mobo: Abit IP35-E (bios 18)
Ram: Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2x1GB

Never OC-ed this proc before cos my mobo bios didnt support it. Just flashed to bios 18 and it works very well smile.gif. Vdroop is quite bad though. I have to set 1.42V in the bios to compensate for vdrop+vdroop on full load. Is it bad for the proc in the long run? Gonna try improving memory timings next, although i dont think my memory can do much better sad.gif

Iinm, the first 4 values make the biggest impact on performance. The others are used to get that little bit extra out of your ram. There lots of settings to play with. Try downloading Memset n exploring abit.
