if you have everest ultimate edition, go to tools and click at system stability test. run orthos and burn ur cpu. remove ur cpu fan, check ur cpu throttling graph. the moment cpu throttling graph shoot to 100%, look at the temperature and remember it. this is the temperature you should avoid.
