allur.....my rig as stated below....

can somebody plez teach me how can i o/c my q6600 untill 3.2GHz....
since i'm using CM V8.....
coz it's a waste if i just use it at 2.4GHz....

plus i dunnot use Easy Tune6..... (GA-EP45-UD3R)
i want 2 use MIT ( Motherboard Intelligent Tweaker ) only...so where should i begin?
plez help me aaa
