Q6600 Overclock and Temperature

can some one tell me..why on cpuz(latest version) detect my Q6600 running at 1600Mgz@1.6GHz and not 2.4Ghz?

yup,
so i must disable C1E to make it run on 2.4ghz right?and C1E is for what?which one is better? |

can someone telling me,when we sholud up CPU PLL and GTL reference voltage?

my stock VID is 1.304 and the temperature is around 52-55 without OC.
i'm using aftermarket cooling but still got hot and hot,sometime it can reach 64C,hoo...so wory to OC. |
