@kevink82

how to play with CPU Clock Skew n MCH Clock Skew? i read that by tweaking skew can gain 15%-30% performance.

should be like, the longer u delay, the lesser the performance, but in return u gain higher clocks and stability... not 100% sure oso hahaha... OC4/3 come help me biggrin.gif

its gives u more stability in some cases for further overclocking. like x-1o8-x says it gives it more time to deal with the instructions. but the performance wont be impact by it at all in real world since u gain faster clock speed.

can read more bout it here.
http://www.overclock.net/faqs/119265-how-c...-save-your.html

keep in mind dont put the value too high and it only works in some cases sometimes it doesnt seems to do anything at all though.

damn u all good at OCing , i cant even get mine pass above 400FSB .
im starting to think dat its either my mobo or my proc limiting my OC .
urs seems like a decent proc .
only nid 1.43v for 3.7ghz .
mine need 1.45v for 3.6ghz .

2.3v is still safe for 24/7 but need active cooling.

400fsb = 1.2 should suffice???? 500fsb = 1.4~1.5? 600fsb = get single stage phase cooling first biggrin.gif

Why do you need 2.3v for your 2x2gb dominator ???
Are you pushing your ram beyond 1066 ???
It should be at 2.1v 5-5-5-15 (trfc=55 or higher)

It depends on room ambient...
28C room ambient taken from thermometer, C1E & EIST enabled, Q6600 idle 36c highest core & load 56c highest core...
How is yours ???
