Financial EPF WITHDRAWAL, for housing loan

Hi Guys, can anyone advise how to withdraw KWSP Acc 2 for housing loan?
I have tried 2nd time by key in my loan acc number plus the 5digit but KWSP shows it " NON COMPLIANCE" - 07 : Non housing loan account anyone faced this before? |

You’ll need to key in your home loan account, not your savings account.
