Hi all, anyone has parcel delivered via PosLaju during MCO period? How many days it took to reach you?

seller send today then tomorrow received.

No parcel arrived.

maybe because i didnt buy anything yet.

As for Poslaju, my neighbor receive almost everyday.

Parcel will be fail to deliver. I had waited 2 weeks for Pos Lajut to deliver and at last the shopee cancelled and refunded back to me.

for today, both J&T and Poslaju send my items with no issue. Shopee

So far poslaju 1-3days. DHL also. J&T really gamble. Most of the time very fast (next day reach) but the few times they screw up, almost 1 week or more.

Like usual. It will arrive when it arrive

I also bought some item at Lesapda during mco. The item arrived on time, no delay.

bought quite a bit through lazada and shopee. delivery time has been between 1-3 days

last order before WFH.. address to office.. office close..seller contacted..i say pending update from poslaju..last week poslaju update to collect from nearest branch..once collected release the money to seller..

made another order just now through shopee..before made payment shopee remind to ensure the address correct due to WFH..one parcel shipped out today, another 2 not yet..

my strategy seek for local seller, nearest to your home area better..

Depends on supplier. I ask seller if they can deliver during MCO, so some say yes, some cannot. Delivery time so far ok leh.

I ordered from shopee on Mar 27..seller shipped out on Mar 30. Item arrived at delivery facility on April 3. Until today (10 days later) item's status is still 'arrived at delivery facility'...

if from China like that lah. Local should be faster.

Pos office got close early during mco? My area isn't in list of tutup pos office but just now I went try pay bill already closed at 3.30pm

3 weeks to get my shit from Lalada. Mostly because viewnut sucks. Once they actually bothered to ship it I got my stuff within 3 days.

Mine is 1-2 day for shipping out and deliver at 9th april ni,mine is j&t express pretty fast actually.maybe depend on area?

Bought from Shopee 9th April, item sent on 10th April, arrived on 11th April.
Shipping via DHL. Lucky dont choose Pos Laju.

Does logistic stop coming in to sarawak after 14/4? I have some orders shopee poslaju, stuck at office no update since 10 April. Still item at post officem. tracking number ERB and EN

PosLaju guys are champions. Still delivering in spite of all this. Yes my parcel went missing for 3 days, untraceable, yes they are slow - it took a week, yes their call line is forever engaged, but looking at the pile of boxes in the van, they've got their work cut out for them. The sheer volume during this period must be staggering. And yet the delivery guy was cheerful and polite, and focused on his job. Cut them some slack.

Start of MCO I got receive package. After that I didn't order anything liau. J&T dunwan deliver stuck at depot for 5 days I ended up self collect. Then 2 days later give me someone else package. No confirm my or not just put on floor and cabut. Lucky nearby I hand over to management.

You guys know that Pos Laju or Pos Malaysia has live chat where you can get some additional info?

It's during office hours only, no weekend.

Go to the pos malaysia site, look for the Ask Pos chat bot then type live chat and click on the live agent option in the chat window.

I dunno since when, but I just started using it during MCO.

After I live chat with them at 9 in the morning, my stuff went out today after a week being stuck and arrive at the recipient at 1130 AM.

No idea on this. I dun live in red zone. But delivery from ninjavan is super slow.

super slow is to be expected during mco . from all Parties including seller and logistics

Mine is different, track everyday, last² arrive at somewhere and someone else sign it. Seller said its common now during mco.it had been 4 days biznez day and 7 days overall.

Here's some weird problems with all of our parcel delivery for the past 1 week i noticed.
Seems that all parcel no matter where they're from , they are all sent to Kuala lumpur logistics .
I've both Pos Laju and J&T express is also doing the same thing. The parcel originated from shah alam or nearby selangor areas.
Yet it'll route to Kuala Lumpur Hub for no specific reason.
Is the government and authorities flipping some random crap restriction on our parcel deliveries as well ?
Everyday, the government came up with new ideas without consulting the public.
For what purpose to delay the parcel deliveries by enforcing all delivers to route specifically to Kuala Lumpur for. It's causing the entire online shopping deliveries traffic to crash .
Some deliveries has even cause mismatch products and even damaged ones.
Is the authorities getting more and more confuse over what should be done by randomly implmenting shit ?

I did this and 50% of the time I'd get an agent that can help move things along. Longest I have to wait is 1 week and I usually buy from sellers in selangor/KL even though I'm based in another state for now.

He is in subang and bought an item from a puchong seller but item went to KL and is stuck there for some reason

I've always bought my stuff at shopee. Not lazada (the platform is just horrible)

And I always make sure there's PosLaju. The rest I don't trust.

I've bought more than 10 items, all managed to be delivered to my house.

The tracking status is always as updated as it is. If the morning it says out for delivery from your station hub - you can be assured you'll receive the parcel that afternoon.

So. Choose

PosLaju
Check delivery status.

You'll be safe

Some people asks how many days does it reach it. Depends if the item is from Penang or within your neighourhood. They will often need to send your item to your station hub which is your neighborhood. But also depends sometimes your item is too small it gets unattended at transit centre then leave a feedback at their PosLaju tracking website. They'll attend very fast and you'll realize the item delivery progress has some movement.

Its like that. All logistics company will send the parcels to their main sorting centre .

Like i stay KL area. Item picked up in PJ area. Then send to Shah Alam Sorting Centre first then stuck there 3 days. Then only after that will send to the nearest Poslaju near your house.

Poslaju damn stupid, i even drove to the poslaju to pickup my stuff, but they dont allow . Other company like J&T you can pickup yourself no issues.

Even in same state it took more than a week.
