Tenant can move out 1 month or half month?

Who bear the interest cost, maintenance cost, taxes?

This is a two-edged-sword question as owner may have to bear financing cost too eg: loan repayments to back.
However, in case the owner has zero bearing financial cost then perhaps one should consider some rental discount/deferment- a pure altruistic gesture of goodwill to help.

Can work out extension of contract, eg, if the contract was 12 months, then become 13 months.

Deferment possible, free tabouli - cos we also got bills to pay if we are relying on that rental for our expenses.
