Even with my limited intelligence, I understood the intent of the MCO. Its function over form. Hence there no need to argue over petty stuff. The law cannot cover 1million possible scenarios. If you see the intent of the MCO this nonsense wouldnt even start.

Do you know Malaysian can give you 1000 excuses why he/she should be outside. Tell me how much time police need to listen and consider their request? It put the police at risk simply by getting near and listening to stories.
