I have done so 2 weeks ago and this is the reply I got via email:

Menteri Kewangan, Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDN) telah pun selesai membuat semakan ke atas permohonan baharu dan rayuan yang dibuka dari 1 hingga 20 April lalu.

"Sukacita saya memaklumkan bahawa 2.3 juta permohonan baharu dan rayuan BPN telah diluluskan melibatkan jumlah sebanyak RM1.7 bilion.

“Status permohonan baharu dan rayuan BPN boleh disemak mulai 9 Mei 2020 melalui pautan https://bpn.hasil.gov.my/," katanya dalam satu kenyataan di sini hari ini.

Mengulas lanjut, Tengku Zafrul berkata, mereka yang layak akan menerima pembayaran BPN secara sekali gus mulai 15 Mei ini.

Looks like ramai kena macam ada ssm. Really mad these people with lhdn. So tidak lulus for them. Maybe no ic org curi guna etc..Since when they have syarikat lol. Syarikat sudah lama tidak aktif or daftar sekadar cukup syarat pun tidak lulus. Ada juga fasa1 lulus dapat duit, now fasa2 tidak lulus. Pening2..how lhdn handle stuffs..

Waited so long 'Dalam Process', now can't even 'Buat Rayuan' after showing 'Tidak Layak'. With this kind of 'efficiency', people who need the money have long starve. Useless Gov that we did not voted for.

Hi guys, just wanna check cuz my application "TIDAK LULUS". but then my salary is below RM4000. breakdown of salary is RM3312 (basic) + RM100 (phone benefit). what should i do? they say i cannot rayu....

Nope, no Ptptn loan taken. didnt declare as well.

Bonus last year not even 1 month. so still not eligible?

So far, they havent called me. I think my application just updatde today cuz ytd check, still dalam process.  But my salary and all can be checked through EA form right? Isn't that enough for them to see my income?

My mother called yesterday she got RM1000. Both she and my father are government school retirees so is it standard pay for those whose same position like them?

This does not make sense. Do those who have "perniagaan pemilikan tunggal" qualify for BPN or GKP?

These applicants, said Muhyiddin, included those who had actually lost their jobs and source of income, and students who had received the aid under the Students Category.

"Therefore, their application to get the BPN aid under the singles category was rejected.

"Taking all this into consideration, the Finance Minister has agreed to extend the appeal period for the BPN to May 31.

"I cannot promise all appeals will be approved. Appeals that have fulfilled all conditions and are reasonable, InsyaAllah, will be approved," said Muhyiddin in his address to the nation today.

He added apart from sending e-mails, those who had their applications rejected can go to the LHDN counters to make their appeal from tomorrow.

For those residing in states that are observing the public holiday tomorrow, Muhyiddin said they could visit the LHDN on Tuesday.

So you are saying those who do not pay LHDN 'Tidak Layak' to get BPN, only BSH? What about those jobless, newly grads, all 'Tidak Layak' but wife of former PM is 'Layak'? Yeah, sure make sense 

those getting what they deserve, congratulations.. it seems that not many people get what they deserve. Weird right?! i heard they sorted based on the previous year's details. Y bantuan for this year needs to be based on the past details? How did they actually do the sorting? ppl should get 800 got only 500.. and ppl that deserve 1600 got only 1000 n some ppl don't deserve the bantuan at all, but dapat je.. bujang earning more than 5k still got 800/500. Jobless ppl got only 500, not 800 as promised..Alasan: They used the LHDN data in the past..then y the hell they don't use my data when i was a baby? This is just too weird and i hope somebody can actually explain what's going on.. n please don't talk about "it's their rezeki... rezeki is rezeki but unfairness and inequality are other things to consider s well.  i called the LHDN just now and for those who already got LULUS though u r supposed to get more (800) might not be eligible to do rayuan anymore. the rayuan is only meant for the TIDAK LULUS cases. And i asked why ppl with same incomes, one LULUS and another TIDAK LULUS. LHDN said the agency took the data from LHDN but the verification is dine by other agencies. I might go to LHDN to ask more.

Question on No.9 - does this mean that someone who is married and has a perniagaan pemilikan tunggal (sole proprietor) would be eligible for both BPN (RM1k) and the GKP too, as stated?

Sadly the total amount "lulus" for me to be received is RM1000.
My current status - married but not working, not a company owner.
The correct amount should be RM1600

It seems that not possible to do 2nd time "rayuan".

Just wondering if anyone here encounter similar case?

also no consideration ar that guy. he already got money that he is not qualified for and still dare to come here buat kacau. I fill up the form honestly and i did not get the full amount as promise, came here to ask around for help, ask him from where did he get his info there will be 2 payments (may+june) and his response was to ask the big boss se7en to ban me???
