I didn't see any application form for this RM500 pensioners. Like university/college/stpm students will receive RM200, although some school require students to fill in google forms.

Are you married? Check if your partner have BPN?

Yes. LHDN? If they still used LHDN 2018 e-filing or your BR1M 2018 OR BSH2019/2020 old information, then it is likely that your partner get it.

You can try go to BSN and get RM500/800 instead. Must proof JPN divorce letter, that email or any evidence.

Serial Number is a voucher code to claim back your BPN money at BSN counter.

You need BPN account first, then login to the account. Stay logged in, go to this page, https://bpn.hasil.gov.my/SemakanStatusBPN.aspx to check your BPN status. Click something like "Maklumat Bayaran" to see the code.
If you have issue not to see the code, you go to LHDN to said no code, show the staff the "gagal kredit".

Maybe, you could call BSN, ask for no code available for you, thus they will manage to get the code for you and give you the BPN money.

You cannot register BPN account? key in your IC, then Semak. Try.

Make sure you keep/save your LULUS email from LHDN, after MCO / PKP, go to LHDN office and get the voucher code to claim back your RM500 BPN money at BSN.
