STR can let people spend the money on anything they want while SARA will fix to grocery item.

With SARA, government can save more money as when someone spend RM100 on supermarket/mart.... I think government will only pay certain % back to them only, sure will not 100% back to them. It count as large volume so government will get discount from merchant.

So if they give STR RM600 to bujang, that will be 100% RM100 spend out.
But if they give SARA RM600 to bujang, that maybe just 70% of RM100 that need to pay out in final from government to merchant. Plus if someone not finish the money on time, it will return back to government.

They dunno how to transfer database and also refer to padu?
Why suddenly need to apply new? later need to submit all document again?
You all use My digital ID or just use old method with ic number and password to login?

I think all better wait for 1 to 2 weeks. Malaysia things always u-turn.
Maybe after 2 weeks, a lot of people complain, then they will link old database back again.
Remember PADU story? First say you want fuel subsidy you must fill it. When time up, they auto fill for you then now they not even use it for fuel subsidy. All money spend for PADU is wasted plus add 1 more chance for hacker to get whole data at once.

Just now I check the website, it come out this message. I think they still doing thing, it not stable and finalize yet.
