If the tenant said they are unaffected and still working full time at home through their computer(as a consultant, editor, etc...), then there's no point to waive off their rent.

The deferment part is very correct, but the interest part is very subjective and may end up losing your tenant for just a small profit (unless your area is prime and you wanna hint to kick your troublesome tenant out lol)
