My wife is currently on 13 weeks of pregnancy with twins and i am struggling how much the cost of delivering the twins in private hospital like Sunway Medical Center or SJMC?

Normally Twins would gone through caesarean delivery and would it be more expensive or is just the paed would be counting 2 babies?

Yes you are right, and i am planning to go grab my buku merah for any emergency case.
If things going smooth, then everything will be done in private hospital and that't the reason i am preparing the budget for private first
