Hotlink 10GB one time pass?, Suddenly receive

Hi,
I suddenly receive a 10GB internet with validity till 7Apr. I did not click anything. I thought it was only the 3GB data valid for 30 days but no, this is additional to that. I’m not sure how I got it. Is that free to all Hotlink postpaid? Did anyone else receive it? And by the way, is there no one working on their customer care hotline? No one answered the calls. r u using hotlink prepaid or hotlink flex ? Im on hotlink prepared and i hv no free internet
