Ya, the one in PeeNut's thread. That is why i said if you're very lucky you might get a powerchips which does 1000Mhz. Most of them won't even do close to that, however i've seen people clocking 10xx with these rams on other forums. But very very rare.

Btw, if no BSOD, i doubt it's a RAM issue. Usually RAM issues will end up giving BSODs.
Memtest is a software which you can download for free and run it to test for errors on your ram, it's much more detailed than the ram testing when you boot up your system.

I'm not sure when comparing a cm extreme and a silverstone, but other good ones within that range will be the FSP Saga, Acbel E2 Power.
