hmm, once i settle my rig lo,
tml should be fixed already,
then fast enough is tml night will set it up,

coz tml have to test it myself,

I am back in action~~~
yesterday was an awful day to me,
later i explain wat happen actually,
need to upload some picture 1st,
then only can share with u all~

Here goes the story,
as u all know,
i bought a 2nd hand XFX 8800GTs 320mb,
and my gc start to have problem since last tuesday...


This is the picture when the GC arrived,
I didnt checked carefully when it's arrived,
so, I just start to using it,
look at the capacitor there,
saw the last capacitor is abit taller than the others?

now, after trouble shooting my rig for few days,
and yesterday went to penang island to get myself a new motherboard,
then come back from penang,
start to install the hardware back into my casing,
now, suddenly, my friend beside me,
why the capacitor is taller than the other,

after I checked,
"holy mother fu*ker"...
the capacitor is self soldered on it,
and the capacitor code are different with other capacitor,
although the farad and voltage are the same,

omg, i start to panic and directly call the seller of this card,
b4 we deal, he did tell me last min abt he soldered the capacitor,
i asked why he soldered,
and he said the capacitor is losen,
so, if losen and normal solder then i can accept,
mana tau the soldering so f***ing weak,
and one of the leg is losen,

at last I foung out the losen leg tat cause my mobo to sot sot,
and corrupt my windows and make my rig reboot...
then i try to ask for refund,
then he said imposible...

wah, tat time really pek chek,
and i no idea how to fix the capacitor,
coz after realise the capacitor is like that,
and i touch it, entire capacitor fall off...

u can see from the pic,
how bad is his soldering skill,
and he keep claiming tat the gc working and no problem when at him...

i am kinda pissed and no idea how to fixed it,
u know hows bad the feeling after see ur gc used for 2 days and become tis,
and u unable to fix or solder urself coz it might destroy the other parts...
if the gc unable to fixed, i am lost RM650 and have to pay more to get new gc,
other than tat, mobo also got problem which caused by the gc...

fortunately my friend are around with me,
and he suggest me to bring it to let some professional to solder it back,
so, i went to a shop which repair handphone,
and fortunately the technition said it can be repair,
kinda feel releave after the technition said it can be soldered back,

too bad i forget to take a photo after he solder back for me,
his soldering skill are good and the gc look like no problem and just like the same come out from factory....
now, after bring it back,
at the gc working well right now

yesterday was a day which might get me heart attack lol...
and so unlucky after fixed the gc and bring the rig back home,
start to feel sick and vomit few times yesterday night...
now i am lying on the bed to type all of this lol...

Fortunately resolder it didnt cost much,
Just RM5 only,
But one thing to already comfirm are the GC sure no more warranty already...
even the Kiara given 2 years warranty for this GC...

even myself also not dare to solder it back,
coz the remain leg is very very short only...
scare spoiled the capacitor,
I did went to look for the capacitor,
but I cant find any same farad and same voltage one,
the original one is 180 uF and 16V
wat i could find is 220 uF and 16V

tats why i did ask him,
obvious or not,
can be see by eye or not,
and wat he said is everything look good,
just similiar with factory come out one,
then I choose the believe him lo...
trust the wrong guy this time...
next time for sure wont buy self modded stuff...

guess I am unlucky,
coz it is like hot cakes,
many ppl offering him and I wana fast deal mah,
fast deal caused this problem lo...
learned a lesson already...

dun wana cause big trouble...
coz he has his point too,
I am the one touch the cap and make it fall off...

and my fault too didnt ask for me photo of the cap condition,
so, no point wasting time to argue this and tat with him,
just wasting time and make urself unhappy only.

but u might be headache when u wana sell it,
might decrease the 2nd hand value of the PSU...
