OK, so I also kena before ... similar to you ... begging pleading via email can try sometimes they revert. Mostly automated, so no one listens or acts.
After 1 to 2 months the system releases the ban. You no choice but get another number use that first and when you are released port back to your old number.
You will get booted out from all your existing groups.
Use the modded app makes no difference.
