 commercial property or landed residential unit?

Now you have an apartment to stay (mortgage settled). Would you consider to invest a commercial shoplot or buy a landed residential unit for family extension?

Hi guys, as per the poll question, Now you already have an apartment to stay (loan settled). Would you consider to invest a commercial shoplot or buy a landed residential unit for family extension?
