Someone mentioned that the RM499 deal isn't valid anymore . As far as I can tell , it is still valid . I booked 2 trips so far . Round trip to Okinawa is only RM150. Hopefully, things will be regularied end of the year .

Booked 4 trips using the RM499 pass with the earliest being in Oct 2020, to Okinawa, paid RM150 only . Hopefully , things will regularised . If cancelled , hope I can postpone it to next year . Booked it in March , never thought things can turn to be this bad .

My flight supposed to be on 22 jul 2:25PM from KUL to HND. (Rescheduled to 2:05PM)
Flying back supposed to be on 31 jul 8:55AM from FUK to KL (Rescheduled to 8:15AM)
In fact, AA did call me as a reminder of my FUK rescheduled flight few days ago.

Yeah, you have to wait for AA to reject your request first, then you can log complaint to mavcom. It took me less than a month after i complaint to mavcom to get the refund from AA.
*
Your flights will be cancelled eventually, unlikely Japan will open up by July. Then they will ask for your options.

Even Oct, I'm a bit sceptical .

Oversea travel can and should only resumed when some kind of SOP are in place and it is reasonably safe enough .

It's FAKE NEWS already....
*
Actually, its not totally Fake. It's just inaccurate. It only cover a portion of domestic travel expenses , not half.

“To speak accurately, the Go To Travel campaign is being considered by the Japanese government to revive domestic travel within Japan by providing Japanese residents support for costs associated with accommodation and travel,” reads the government statement (translated from Japanese) according to AFP.

Just noticed that my booking for Japan in Oct disappeared from the booking listing .

I guess it means the flight is cancelled . Any idea what AirAsia will do , refund or let us change to other date ?

airasia japan means it's a separate thing like airasia indon
airasia japan's main business is domestic flight within japan
competing with a lot of other low cost carrier like jetstar, peach airline, vanilla air...etc
i don't think they want their money back, they wanna fly there
i think if possible they would rather reschedule
*
I hope they would resume operation.

What Airasia X need is for 75% of the creditors to accept their offer and RM500 million cash injection. Chances are unsecured creditors will accept otherwise they will get nothing . As for the leasors , no point getting all the planes back . Hopefully , resume operations and reschedule our flights. It may take sometime.

Need to do RT-PCR Test within 3 days before departing.

Once reach Malaysia had to do one more RT-PCR test at KLIA.

7 Days self quarantine must do 2 time RT-PCR test on Lab / Hospital on Day 3 and Day 7.
Day 2, 4, 5, 6 had to do self test covid-19 test kit which can get from 99 Speedmart.

All result had to upload into My Sejahtera
