I got the JR West Kansai Wide Pass by walking in at JTB Amoda building. They will issue you an exchange order on the spot upon payment. When you have reached Japan, you can then look for a JR Service Center (for my case it’s at Shin-Osaka station). You can find the list of service center at the info sheet provided. They will verify your passport and the exchange order before issuing you the actual JR pass which you use it at the ticket gates.Tried getting it from Klook, but payment keep declining. When purchasing at JTB, its better to have a snapshot of your passport details ready, because the name in your passport has to be the same as the name in the exchange order.
