Yuzawa had nothing to see or great to eat except ski. If you want to see very very thick snow wall, Yuzawa are one of spot you must see. Just step out from station west exit, instant thick snow wall and heavy snow falling.

From Tokyo to Yuzawa, don't take Shinkansen if you want witness the might incredible snow scenic view.

Nagano got more sightseeing. Snow monkey, kamikochi trail walk (Japan swiss Alps) and Tateyama Alpine Route (March to November)

If did't eat beef at Takayama really hard man!!  All the famous snack are related to beef. Even the local specialty Beef Sushi.
Beef skewer, Beef Bun, Beef Sushi, Grilled Beef.....But I only got 2 restraurant in my list which got serve non beef.

1) Juraku 寿乐久 ....Got Pork (豚）Tontaksu set  & Tempura Prawn （海老）set. Each Set Cost 3200 Yen but very high quality and standard.

All using Hida beef, taste very similar, any beef sushi will do. The famous one was at Old street "Hida Kotte Ushi". 
I been takayama so many times, try once only because taste no big difference from other, even google rating 3.5 also taste very nice. But if you go Takayama only once, then Hida Kotte Ushi will be your insta spot.

If that day Juraku closed. You can try Ginputei 銀風亭 as alternative.

Juraku & Ginputei are my Takayama highest ranking restaurant

Nohi Bus only depart from Takaoka Station & Kanazawa Station to Shirakawa-go. Because going Shirakawa-go will be using E41 highway which is more on Takaoka & Kanazawa side, so no bus will depart from Toyama to Takayama.

I have a question about same day luggage delivery from hotel to hotel (kyoto to tokyo). My partner and I decided to drop by Ghibli Park Aichi before going to Tokyo, carrying luggage with us to a theme park visit is a hassle.

I will be staying at Hotel Lantern Gion Kyoto. I wonder what should I do to do a same day luggage transfer.

Macam dont have option for Kyoto to Tokyo for this company. Is there other company that can offer this service?

How do I check whether I can drop the luggage at hotel? Or do i need to drop it at the collection point?

I just checked with the hotel. It’s not available but they told me to use yamato express. Then I proceed to check on Yamato website, it doesn’t show drop off point at Kyoto. But there is indeed yamato express counters nearby the hotel. May I should ask the express counter.

lol, my PAL flight is coming in 2 days. yeah some minor flight adjustments, but my return flight was cancelled, had to push next day and overnight at MNL .. uhhh..if only for the price

I have taken PAL before when Japan just reopen. Got it RM1500 return.

What I can say is, for the price and the service I got, can't complain, meal was good, seat was standard A321.

But the nightmare is NAIA Terminal 2 itself, it's basically very simple "plane" stop if I may, the terminal is just counter at front, security at side, then back side is waiting hall and gate area with a small lounge, and some small shops that offers near to nothing. T2 is the most basic among all. T1 and T3 is at least what you would expect from an airport, but T3 is newer and directly connect to a lot hotels.

If you only have few hours to transit through, the transit process is very horrible if a lot arrival at same time.

For me, after my KUL-MNL leg I have 16 hours till next morning so I went out so stay a night nearby T3, taxi both way.
