Both my Japan trip ticket successfully credit refund after numerous of complaint regarding why kept close my account.
08/03/2020 - submit covid voluntary refund 21/04/2020 - Booking no.1 credit refund with unrealised forex loss (RM70+) 26/04/2020 - Booking no.2 credit refund |
