Anyone has any experience booking AA flight to Japan 1 year in advance? Saw some cheap promo (which will end 6th Nov). I know they probably will have more of these sort of deals in the future, but thinking if it's wise to get it now to secure the seat.

Hi hi, does anyone know how busy or packed in Tokyo/Osaka/Kyoto in March vs November? I'd imagine it to be roughly the same but many people might not be prepare to travel Japan next year March yet. I might be wrong though.. haha

Since we're on the topic of airlines to Japan, noticed that no one really talk about philippines airlines. Why is that?

Hi all, want to ask a bit of advice and opinion:

I'll be landing at Narita on 13th Oct 8:10PM and was wondering if I can reach my hotel at Higashi-Koenji station in time before all the train stop operating?

Assuming my flight no delay, I was planning the following route:

Narita T2 (Keisei Skyliner) > Nippori (JR Yamanote) > Shinjuku (Metro Marunoichi) > Higashi-Koenji

Do you think the immigration clearance and luggage claim will take a lot of time and if if the plan above might have very tight schedule?

Thanks for the reply. I hope no delay on my flight and baggage claim, else afraid cant get in time for the trains.

Edit: Saw the vending machines selling Welcome Suica even though JR counter closes by 8pm.
