Batik Air used Narrow body aircraft B737 Max ....seat pitch (legroom) are nice,  Better than MAS,  On par with ANA...can't beat JAL.
Weakness of Narrow Body are toilet part. Entire Economy Class only got 2 toilet serving 130 - 150 pax.  If you not the type going Toilet often, this will be none issue for you.

Narita Airport got 2 good & 1 bad .....Good is This Airport only operation until 8.55pm, means no late night rush like Haneda.  It got 1200 Yen cheap express bus from Narita to Shibuya / Ginza.  Bad is......narita famous for wind Shear....Very windy airport, landing will be very rough, very bumpy, very high chances go around

Batik Air got IFE, but they will no provided any headphone, bring your own 3.5mm Jack headphone. 

nothing wrong with batik air except they like to reschedule the flight.

Flew via Batik Air to Narita last month, one way at RM699.
No delay, no entertainment & no meal. I didn't pre-purchase any meal, since it was a midnight flight. 
Free choosing seat when online check in (24hours before flight), but not much choice.

Take note, it departed from KLIA main terminal. Not satellite terminal.
No station to fill or buy water when boarding, Since it is a 7 hours flight, I have to buy mineral water from the flight at a reasonable price.

Overall, satisfied legroom with a non-stop flight.
Much better than China Eastern Airlines when flying back.
Poor legroom, poor air conditioning and very quiet Shanghai Pudong transit airport.

Guys, is withdrawing money via Wise from Japanese 7-11 / Post Office ATM still the best option for getting Yen right now despite the fees?

Damn facebook keep showing memories of my trip last now and now itching to go back again. Thinking to bring my parents to Hokkaido next year covering Sapporo/Otaru/Hakodate and maybe to nearby locations. I wonder if this is a good idea considering they are elderly and Hokkaido has lack of public transportation (?) compared to other cities. No specific month yet, if not snowy may consider to rent a car.
