If your company have medical insurance, and include your baby as well (ex: PMCare), then you can go to panel clinic for the jab.

Normally just call in advance to ask about the availability, then go at your desired time.

If let's say you saw anyone inside the clinic, make sure you keep the distance, register, then ask whether you can wait inside the car while waiting your turn.

Call your doctor. he's most probably on site. will be better to answer you than /k.

I went both gov n private clinic last week for 2 jap.

Private- I went in reg 1st, wife n baby in car, when call name only go in.

KKIA (cheras) - only allowed one adult with baby. However they have distance all the seat while waiting. Plus now they only treat baby that need to jap and pregnant lady that needed to drink sugar water.

make appointment with the clinic or hospital first

one of the way of not letting your baby touch things/put things into mouth is travel to the clinic or hospital when your baby is asleep

Actually it's fine to take it later. Baby is not likely to be sick or infected by staying at home for a long time. Unless your house is full of people then please take it soon.
I drag and delay and mine is a 20 months old now, never fall ill in his entire life yet. He still got some vaccinations not yet taken.
Anyways before you go, check if they have stock for the vaccine. This is the main reason of my delays.
