anyone checked if there was a way not to pay taxes on capital gains when living in a country other than Malaysia, as per bilateral taxation treaties ?
Is it possible to remain a tax citizen of Malaysia, and claim 0% taxation ?

I guess some people would just not declare the accounts, i doubt the automatic exchange of data send data of non-nationals...

Otherwise you just need to appoint a Malaysian relative you trust as owner of the account, right ?
