So instead of answering what sticker must print until can get permit etc etc what not,
This i got from my close friend who is member of FMM.
Long story shortened:
Step 1 - download attachment i provided
Step 2 - prepare documents for Lampiran A which is employee name and ic number. YES IC NUMBERS NEEDED, and Lampiran C OR D
Step 3 - find your essential list sector and email submission to covid19.mfg@miti.gov.my with the title name of company_manufacturing sector_date
step 4 - wait reply ....patiently. they will get back to you. My friend who is part of FMM member also said they received confirmation and a phone call at 11pm just now from MITI.
optional steps
Step 5 - prepare product list and gambar produk that is essential listed
Step 6 - prepare dokumen sokongan such as your ISO certs or BV certs or any recognisable certs to prove you have been manufacturing essential items
step 7 - prepare dokumen asas - SSM and financial statement to bekup your claims listed in Lampiran C.
So MITI guys eventhough scaled down are working round the clock to process. yes my friend did get a call at 11pm just now. no joke.
And enforcement is also going on, so please adhere to rules and regulations ya !

I have confirmation from MIDA selangor and Invest Selangor on this MITI MCO permit exemption matter.
*Automatic exemption is only given to gov vehicles such as utilities and special forces (includes uniformed like medic and bomba)

Strictly for Selangor operated companies - If you require help, MIDA Selangor and Invest Selangor is ready to assist you. MITI is currently busy and FMM will not entertain you unless you are one of their members.
