A few ppl already msg me and many others also asking me how we got our permit to manufacture when we are only printing sticker.

So instead of answering what sticker must print until can get permit etc etc what not,

This i got from my close friend who is member of FMM.



Long story shortened:

Step 1 - download attachment i provided
Step 2 - prepare documents for Lampiran A which is employee name and ic number. YES IC NUMBERS NEEDED, and Lampiran C OR D
Step 3 - find your essential list sector and email submission to covid19.mfg@miti.gov.my with the title name of company_manufacturing sector_date

step 4 - wait reply ....patiently. they will get back to you. My friend who is part of FMM member also said they received confirmation and a phone call at 11pm just now from MITI.


optional steps

Step 5 - prepare product list and gambar produk that is essential listed
Step 6 - prepare dokumen sokongan such as your ISO certs or BV certs or any recognisable certs to prove you have been manufacturing essential items
step 7 - prepare dokumen asas - SSM and financial statement to bekup your claims listed in Lampiran C.



So MITI guys eventhough scaled down are working round the clock to process. yes my friend did get a call at 11pm just now. no joke.
And enforcement is also going on, so please adhere to rules and regulations ya !

I have confirmation from MIDA selangor and Invest Selangor on this MITI MCO permit exemption matter.

*Automatic exemption is only given to gov vehicles such as utilities and special forces (includes uniformed like medic and bomba)
As long as you are in the essential list , are ready to abide by their rules of engagement, would like to serve the rakyat by continuing your manufacturing of essential goods, then this would be for you.











Strictly for Selangor operated companies - If you require help, MIDA Selangor and Invest Selangor is ready to assist you. MITI is currently busy and FMM will not entertain you unless you are one of their members.

My company semiconductor supply chain, I everyday still come to work, I scared for my life if one day I kena the Virus.

If dont work no money and boss don't respect you. Since everyone is coming.
If work, got money, can finish job but if kena Virus and die with family, boss not going to give a Dem about it. Business as usual.

if your company is with permit, and in any shit storm case u contracted COVID 19, your company bears all expenses.


I'm not sure how critical you are, but we aren't frontliners. However, what we do, what we can do and what we are doing makes a difference.

Printing stickers does not help cure COVID 19. IT doesnt even prevent it. But the stickers i print will be carried on products that will make the difference.

u will need MIDA or Invest (insert your negeri here)

say u from penang, u have to contact Mida penang or invest penang. They will guide you through. I can only assist for manufacturing sector i'm afraid. If you wish to have Mida contact for selangor, i can give to you if you require. just send me a pm and i'll hand the contact to you.

Chinaman company can claim RM30 a month for medical expense.

An advice, work only if you really have to work, or else just stay at home, no worries, half month no salary also better than dead.
But of course, your company has you in mind to do your job

stay strong bro. vitamin C helps. apart from that the only advice i have for you is to adhere to the general rules of Covid 19. Wash hands, 20 seconds, rinse, practise personal hygiene and pray.

FMM more faster info

Anyway, MITI needs to be strict in letting companies run. Audits and those not related must shutdown.

Sooner or later, sure got ppl at work who will kena the Virus. When kena already, see the true colors of the company. They will find some technical way to avoid shit and blame you instead.

FMM only entertain its own members. Unless you are already a member of FMM, u would have been well informed.

If you are not, the only thing for you is MITI.

Even my company is not member of FMM but since we deal with so many of them inside (our largest client is WIPRO Unza), we are well informed.

True, better no paid leave than get infected with the virus.

Those going to work, better get letter from your company for the travelling.

Trouble is now weekend, need to wait Monday to get the letter.

Must have 2. One is for the individual travelling, another is the evidence the company exempted has been approved by MITI and your name is listed in it.

Monday need to take risk to go to work if don't have those documents. Harap2 tak masuk jail.

Slow processing time here. Transporters all kelam kabut as well.

Application has been closed. All permit approved will be automatically extended. All submitted will be under review and will be decided in due time.

Why those company cannot go and findout these information

ada company yg boleh tahan sampai 31hb. tapi kalau dah sampai april, memang lah semua nak apply buka.

lol my HR filled the form with wrong details. Now fixed already. Allowed to work but reduced manpower

all application submission have been ceased and closed. now is only left processing and appeals.
