do you guys clean the milk pump parts with soap and water every time after the mom pumped?
how frequent do you, clean the milk pump parts?

Every single time. Never reuse a breast pump and its assesories without a through clean. Use only those infant bottle washer liquid. Not your dish washer. Don't be lazy it's not worth the trouble later !
