hi guys i have applied for the latest motarium program in July and got immidiate approval from sotong bank for my hire purchase financing. i was informed by the sotong bank staff that i will have to sign revise agreement before the moratorium become effective. problem is until today i have not received any revise agreement from them. call them many times and lodge formal complaint also not working at all..

any of u guys here applied for hire purchase moratorium and have received your revise agreement?

If the approval is in writing, then keep a copy for reference. As for instalment, stop paying in Aug and wait for them to call you.
