i saw my first persona on the road. Saturday night 11 something on the congested putrajaya highway right after the fireworks display. plastic wraps still not removed.

i'm not sure about M and H-line models, but i noticed that the B-line "triangle glass" (the small piece of glass for passenger door) is made from plastic. found about this on saturday evening at Kenala Jaya Gaint hypermarket where they have a B-line on display.

Just wonder will they use same design from Persona or not? from spy shots, it doesn't resemble the iswara at all. QUOTE(ymjay @ Aug 24 2007, 11:12 AM) none ler i phone proton customer line and asked them when i can receive car ANSWEr : not sure la sir, cause the production is focused on the new car i asked how long to wait answer : not sure la.....cannot promise you boHoooo hooo i hate u PERSONA! well, i'm rather surprised that they didn't stock up on neos before start production on the persona. after all, the sales of neo already superceed savvy. plus, i don't see what's so difficult upgrading M-line neos to H-line. sorry, OT |

QUOTE(bobiq @ Sep 4 2007, 05:05 PM) After driving my Persona around for the past few days,i've concluded wit the following: wow, now this got me interested.1) Very comfortable n pleasant drive.(i know coz i drove it from penang to kl) 2) Pump full tank petrol only rm65,can go up to 450km.(highway driving+city driving) 3) Workmanship is so-so....so far i found 4 defects already.Wont say them to avoid bashers. 4) Performance wise,i havent really gone above 3000rpm yet so cant really test its power n pick up.But driving under 3k rpm is sufficient to achieve speeds up to 110km/h. 5) Has a solid feel to the car, gives the feeling tat tis car can take on some harsh road conditions/driving. might give it a test drive sometime next week when i'm free. |
