Why can't you change the vcore? The P35-DS3 can change the Vcore easily. Make sure you press the Ctrl+F1 when you're in the main bios page, before you go into the M.I.T page.

If easytune5 is already showing 60-64'c, then that's the limit you want to go. In general, the recommendation is to keep the temp below 60'c. You are using stock HSF right?

Ambient temperature is the surrounding temperature e.g. room temperature....

I'm curious, just download core temp version 0.95.4, and see what is your temperature. Don't get shocked if it is higher than that as the author has set the Tjunction to 100'c, making all temperature 15'c higher...... The problem is, which one to believe....
