from coretemp idle is 57-58...
full load is 75 something...

any expert can help me to get over 490MHz on my com???i think my com setting is not the max now...
my com can run at 490MHz but will hang when stressing my com using orthos...
my com setting are as print screen below..

from abit software show 60++ something only when full load....the temperature i show before is from core temp...sure higher

i think what u say is correct....core temp is more accurate....
