i need to plan buy new PC next week

1. C2D E8400 3.0 (new !)
2. 2 x 1GB OCZ Gold 6400 DDRII (5-5-5-15) (new !)
3. gigabyte P35-DS3 motherboard (new !)

4. use back my coolerMaster 460W PSU (old !)
5. use back my Gigabyte 8600GT (old !)


what brand & model no. for casing is best - around RM250-RM300
if i dont want to buy CPU cooler first, is that can overclocking first
to 3.5Ghz ?

can u tech me how to overclocking this spec,
because i need buy next week already
