QUOTE(kmarc @ Aug 25 2007, 01:22 PM) Nice. What's your vcore? I set my Vcore at 1.55v and Vdimm at 2.2v. I am using SmartGuardian. Idle at 38c and full load (8hours) 70c. Don't want to go further unless apply MX-2 and configure HSF for push and pull got a better performance. How about core temp at load? What temperature monitoring software are you using? E6550 is G0 stepping.
However, E6550 only got up to 7 multiplier and E6600 got 9 multiplier. E6550 required good overclockable RAM that push higher FSB to achieve higher Ghz. |
