If i'm not wrong... gigabyte mobos needs to use a media to flash the bios upon startup.. I'm not sure... my intel board flash directly by just running the exe file and restart...
Added on December 5, 2007, 8:02 amI dont think proc shud b pushed above 60C... It will definitely lower its life expectancy...

My old intel bad axe 2 dead...  getting a new mobo... any suggestion ? RM1000 budget.... Need 1 that OC well... And no backplate so i can fit my IFX-14... Gigabyte X38DS5 good?...

dunno... short circuit i think... Asus P5E can fit IFX-14?... Im thinking of getting P5K-E since its alot cheaper and not much difference in performance against the X38 chipset P5E...

My marsian seems to have some vdroop... 1.33v sometimes drop to 1.31v during load..

Maybe you have too many programs running while doing superpi... Try closing those and try again...
